Plain language answers for Australian small business owners.
Not at all. Start with the problem. Tell us what is taking too much time, costing too much, getting missed or making your business harder to run. We’ll help work out what could make it better. If you already know what you need, you can start with a solution. If you don’t, the Klyse AI Roadmap is a great place to start.
No. You don’t need an AI strategy, technical knowledge or a stack of new software. Some businesses come to us knowing exactly what they want. Others just know they’re spending too much time on work that should be easier. Either is a perfectly good place to start.
Absolutely. Start with the problem that matters most and add more over time if it makes sense. That might be answering missed calls, following up enquiries, making bookings easier or automating a process that is eating up hours every week. You don’t need to change your whole business at once.
Not necessarily. Where possible, Klyse works with the tools and systems you already rely on. We’ll look at what you have, what is working and what can sensibly be connected. If something is doing its job well, there may be no reason to replace it. If there’s a simpler or better way, we’ll tell you.
We’ve designed Klyse for busy business owners, not people looking for another project to manage. We’ll need your input to understand how your business works and make the right decisions, but our job is to do the heavy lifting and make the change as straightforward as possible.
We don’t just set things up and disappear. Klyse can continue to support and maintain your solutions, help keep things working and make improvements as your business changes. You can also add more capability over time without starting again.
It’s a practical way to work out where AI, automation and better connected systems could make the biggest difference in your business and what is worth doing first. You’ll spend around 15 minutes answering some questions online, followed by a 60 minute mapping session with the Klyse team. We do the work from there and share your Roadmap results within 7 business days.
Your Roadmap gives you a prioritised view of the opportunities we see and what we recommend doing next. Go ahead with a Klyse solution within 14 days and we’ll credit your $495 Roadmap fee towards your setup.
Wherever possible, we publish transparent pricing on our website so you can understand the likely cost before you talk to us. Some businesses need something more tailored, and where that’s the case we’ll explain the cost clearly before you commit to anything.
Just let us know. There are no lock in contracts. If you don’t want to continue with Klyse for any reason, you can cancel. We’d rather you stay because Klyse is valuable to your business, not because a contract is keeping you here.
We take the security of your business and customer information seriously. What data is used, where it goes and which systems need access will depend on the solution we’re putting in place. We’ll consider that as part of the design and explain anything you need to know before we connect your systems.
Yes. Klyse is an Australian business built to serve Australian businesses. Our core team is based in Australia, supported by a small team of engineers in the UK. That gives you local people who understand the Australian business environment, backed by additional technical capability when we need it.
