These Terms of Service apply to your use of the website at klyse.com.au, operated by Warrior Ethos Pty Ltd as trustee for Krusher Trust (ABN 72 130 237 445), trading as Klyse AI (“Klyse”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission
• Submit false, misleading or harmful information through our forms or tools

The content on this website, including our Insights articles, is general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific circumstances.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and shown as “from” amounts. Final pricing depends on the solution, usage, integrations and complexity, and we will confirm your price before you commit.

04Our services

Our services are provided under a separate proposal, quote or service agreement. If there is any inconsistency between that agreement and these terms, the agreement applies.

Klyse AI Roadmap

The Klyse AI Roadmap is a one-off paid service. Go ahead with a Klyse solution within 14 days and we’ll credit your $495 Roadmap fee towards your setup.

Monthly services and cancellation

Our monthly services have no lock-in contract. You can cancel by giving us 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are one-off and non-refundable once setup work has started, except where required by law.

05Payments

Setup fees are payable before setup work begins. Monthly fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

06Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Klyse and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce or adapt it without our written permission.

07Third-party links and tools

Our website may include links to, or embedded tools from, third parties, such as booking calendars, forms, chat and payment pages. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites and tools.

08Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klyse is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
